How do I use a discount code?

To use a discount code or a credit note you will need to enter the relevant code at checkout in the field labeled discount code. 

How do I know what size to purchase?

 We have provided a sizing guide on our sizing page that will guide through finding the right size. Additionally all our products have specific size and fit guides. If you need additional assistance please contact us, we are more than happy to assist in finding you the perfect size.

Can I exchange an item that doesn't fit?

Yeah of course, we want to ensure you have items that fit you perfectly. Take a look at our sizing guide to help you find the right size. 

How do I return an item?

To return or exchange an item please email us at orders@cypswim.com with your name and order number and we will help you through the process. 

Can I return sale items or discounted items? 

Discounted items and items purchased with promotional codes over 20% are final sale items and can not be returned.

 What to do if I have received a faulty item? 

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item we do apologise. We work hard to ensure that you receive the correct items, faultless. In this case, please email us at orders@cypswim.com prior to returning your item and we can assure you that the matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
