Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days after the date of delivery. Once the team has inspected the item(s) we will send out your credit note for the full amount of the item(s) excluding the shipping cost.
Cyp swim will offer a store credit on full priced items provided that:
- Items are unworn and unwashed
- Hygiene strip is attached to the item (applicable to all bottoms)
- Returned in original packaging including all tags.
- Discounted items and items purchased with promotional codes over 20% are final sale items and can not be returned
If the item(s) do not meet our outlined requirements the items will be returned to your original shipping address and a store credit will be denied.
Cyp Swim is not responsible for the shipping costs of your item(s). It is advised you keep your shipping details as we are not responsible for any loss of your items during transit.
Please note for an exchange please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. We can then put your desired item(s) aside. Once the team has received and inspected the returned item(s) we will send out your new items.
We are confident you'll love your items although if you experience any issues with your items in regards to the quality or a fault, email us at email@example.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
